APEX
APEX was founded in Schweinfurt Germany by Dr. Abbas Safieddine and Dipl.-Ing. Abboud Djaroueh in 1988. Both had an individual and a common history in being successful commission agents for German quality brands. From the beginning the idea of forming APEX was to serve individual customers in several countries in the Middle East, the Gulf and in West Africa. According to their special requirements, APEX supported them in their endeavours to become market leaders.
APEX OF GULF
In 1997, APEX OF GULF was established in Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai, U.A.E. as 100% subsidiary of APEX Germany. The sales and market responsibility for the Gulf markets is since then with APEX OF GULF. The start was only a small warehouse of 180 square meters, which was enlarged step by step. Today APEX OF GULF’s own property comprises 10,000 square meters. Our team uses state-of-the-art technology like a customized ERP-system with barcode scanners and modern VNAs to make sure orders are packed and dispatched on time. APEX OF GULF holds several million euros worth of stock of fast movers, medium runners and even uncommon items that are occasionally required by our customers.
APEX Lebanon
The APEX Lebanon Branch opened in Beirut, Lebanon in 2000. From there all sales activities are managed for Middle Eastern countries such as Jordan, which has had its own sales staff based in Amman since the1990s.
Over the years more and more agreements materialized with quality spare parts manufacturers from Europe as we became their sole agent or strategic distribution partner.
